Search over 3,000 Torrent Trackers!.. We are the light in darkness of the storm for torrent file searching from all over the world!... We are a "DEcentralized" Bit Torrent, Multi Search Engine, which searches over 3,000 trackers from around the globe in many languages, from one page.
Just type in your torrent Keywords in the query box then Check your results. Your torrent search results in many languages and options to further your search for torrents!...
In order to download .torrent files, you will have to install a BitTorrent client like µTorrent or Azureus Now I personally use a torrent client made by the same creator as the 'PeerGuardian 2 Ip Block List Utility' program called Arctic and I totally love it.
TorrentOOgle searches only its own list of servers and is NOT a spamming search engine. It does what most of the others don't:.. It gives you the real results of your search query!
The website now seen at shareaza.com is no longer owned by the developers of the Shareaza P2P Application or any party involved in its development. Rather, it is managed and run by a group who is intent on manipulating
the innocent user into downloading their malware application. In regards to this a new development has recently surfaced. Old versions of Shareaza accessed information available at the address 'update.shareaza.com' in order to learn if a new version was available and subsequently request to upgrade. Now that this domain is in the hands of a 3rd party with hostile intentions they have recreated this address and now feed false information to versions of Shareaza that access the site requesting for upgrade data. These older versions of Shareaza then report that an upgrade is available and inform the user to download it from the false site at shareaza.com. This is of course a ploy and any and all users of an outdated version of Shareaza (6 months old and older) must be informed of this.
If you know of anyone using an older version then please let them know that the current official website for Shareaza is shareaza.sf.net and that they should not upgrade Shareaza using its built in upgrade function unless it is one of the latest official open source versions. The loss of the shareaza.com domain happened under most unfortunate circumstances and hopefully in due time everyone will be aware of the switch in the address.
Some of you who download torrents might have encountered this problem when you try to play the movie.
3wplayer is a rogue media player software application bundled with trojans that can infect computers running Microsoft Windows. It is designed to exploit users who
download video files, instructing them to download and install the program in order to view the video. The 3wplayer is infected with Trojan.Win32.Obfuscated.en according to Kaspersky Anti-virus.
The 3wplayer employs a form of social engineering to infect computers. Seemingly desirable video files, such as recent movies, are released via BitTorrent or other distribution channels. These files resemble conventional AVI files, but are engineered to display a message when played on most media player programs, instructing the user to visit the 3wplayer website and download the software to view the video. The program is bundled with malware that has various undesirable effects, including attempting to disable anti-virus software.
Well, you don't need to feel bad that you wasted hours of download time. You can still enjoy the encrypted movie by downloading this tool and NOT download the 3WPlayer.
You usually have to install a client on your PC to download files shared with BitTorrent. You’ll do perfectly well without the client if you use Torrent2exe.
Your friends still don’t have any client program? Process the torrents before sending to them. How does it work?
Now it is really simple to download data via BitTorrent protocol with Torrent2exe. 1. Enter the torrent file URL or upload the torrent file to the server. 2. The download of the small program starts automatically. 3. This program will automatically do the rest of
the job. After you launch the program, your data starts to be downloaded. 4. Seeding. Don’t shut the program down after the download is complete. Leave it running for a couple of hours to seed downloaded data. Thus the data will be transmitted to other users. Your access to downloading other files can be denied if you don’t allow other users to download data from your PC.

A BT (BitTorrent) Client is a program that will manage all of your downloading and uploading you do using torrents. There are many BT clients out there, each offering different pros and cons - all will download at the same speed, but they differ in terms of advanced features such as DHT, and ease of setup & use. Only use one client at a time, as running more than one will slow things down dramatically.
Here is a list of recommended BT clients you can use:

Question: "Ok I am new to this and had a couple of questions. Not sure if this is the right place though, if not could you move it to the mora appropriate place. I was intersted in using bittorrent but was afraid it was like Kazzaa and would end up with massive viruses and hackers. Is this true, will this most likly occur?
If so should I not use this or what steps should I take within my firewall to protect me? Also will this atomatically make my system available to all bittorrent users to search through and grab what they want. Any info would be great? I put this in here b/c it deals with peer to peer but maybe better for security not sure? "
Answer 1: "Other users can not grab things from your computer. You are only sharing what you are currently downloading. If you are downloading a 100mb file and you are half done then you are sharing the 50mb that you already have. This is what makes bittorrent a really efficient protocol."
"Probably not, bitorrent, atleast so far has worked great with me, the sharing is great as you normally end up giving from 50% - 100% of what you download yourself thus giving everyone a chance to get the file. Furthermore viruses won't spread because no one will continue seeding/sharing a file which has a virus and it will end up as a dead torrent."
"Bittorrent rocks da house. Cutting edge p2p. Standardized files, but there is a tiny chance of infection. Go ahead and scan files before you open them. Can't hurt. I've d/l'ed hundreds of torrent files, and haven't got a bug yet, at least not to my knowledge, but you never know. I also like the fact that it is not evident to the world at large what you have on your harddrive.
"If you still have questions reguarding the security of torrent file sharing then please read the security and other posts and they should answer most all of your questions.
Fact: Bittorrent: accept no substitute. PeerGuardian2: a good start on your security after the commonsense ones like virus scanner, etc.
